At OTE Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your nutrition products, so we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or hydration products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the package with your authorization number.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
